With over 14 years of experience as a Professional Certified Coach, supporting leaders and individuals across diverse sectors, 10 years as a Management Development Training Consultant and a decade in Hotel and Corporate Management, I bring a wealth of expertise to my coaching practice built from a solid foundation.

Based in the West of Paris for 28 years, I work with international clients in both English and French. My professional journey across the Netherlands, United Kingdom and France enables me to bring a multicultural perspective and a high level of adaptability to my work.

I specialise in relational and communication-focused coaching , helping clients strengthen interpersonal effectiveness, navigate transitions, and enhance Leadership capability energetically. Recognised for creating a structured yet supportive environment that fosters clarity, creativity, accountability, and sustainable growth.

Outside of coaching, I’m nourished by the simple things : time with my family, ballroom dancing, walking in nature and reflective writing which keeps me grounded and present for the people I support.
